  9:30 a.m. – Arrival of participants
10:00 a.m. – Annual General Meeting
11:00 a.m. – Presentation of participants (optional)
11:30 a.m. – Dinner on site - Hot menu from the Chef
  1:00 p.m. – Video of our 1995 "In Search of our Roots" gathering in Europe
  2:00 p.m. – Doyon Quiz
  2:45 p.m. – On-site conference by Mr. Yvan Poulin: “Les Loyalistes”
  4:00 p.m. – End of activities

BENEFITS RELATED TO YOUR PARTICIPATION

    • 2025 event in the village of the first major gathering of the Doyon of America, descendants of our common ancestors, Jean Doyon and Marthe Gagnon, married in 1650.
    • Location of the July 1992 celebrations marking the 250th anniversary of the arrival of the first Doyon in Beauce — Jean-Baptiste Doyon and his family — on June 17, 1742.
    • Screening of a video of our 1995 gathering in Europe titled “In Search of Our Roots” 
    • Participation in the annual members’ meeting, with voting rights (if you are a member).
    • Participation fees partially subsidized by the Doyon of America Association.
    • Conference on the Loyalists.
    • One glass of wine included with the meal (additional glasses at $8, taxes and tips included).
    • Background music during the meal.
    • Participation in a quiz on the Doyon of America (winner will receive a symbolic prize).
    • Sharing good moments with other Doyon with whom you have special ties (brothers, sisters, cousins, etc.).
    • Meeting many other friendly Doyon who share your family values.
    • On the day of the annual gathering, attending members will have the chance to enter a draw for a One Year membership to the Association.
    • Non-members can become members (before the draw) and enjoy the meal at the reduced price of $49.95 instead of the regular $59.95.

MEMBERS – DESCRIPTION

  • Regular (25 years or older): Anyone who has paid their annual ($25) or lifetime ($300) membership fee
  • Spouse: Enjoys the same rights and privileges as the regular member ($0)
  • Youth (Under 25 years): Enjoys the same rights and privileges as a regular member. Annual ($25) or lifetime ($150) membership fee
